DMCA / Takedown Policy

Immersification ("us", "we", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable laws, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

How to File a Notice

If you believe that user-generated content in VRFS infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to:

Subject line: DMCA Notice

Your notice must include:

• Your name, company (if applicable), and contact information.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
• The location of the allegedly infringing material within VRFS (e.g., item code, screenshot, or link).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the reported material. We may notify the user who uploaded the content and, where applicable, provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing team@vrfs.gg with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name and contact information.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
