These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Immersification Co. ("we," "us," or "our") related to the VRFS (Virtual Reality Football Simulator) game ("VRFS" or the "Game").
We provide an online tool that enables users to create outfits for use within the VRFS game. The tool is intended solely for entertainment and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the tool for any malicious purposes, including but not limited to uploading harmful software, causing interruptions, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our system. You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes uploading, posting, or creating outfits based on copyrighted designs, logos, characters, or other intellectual property without the proper rights or permissions. All content you create or upload must be original or you must have rights to use and share said content. You agree not to use the tool in any manner that might be offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion.

If you are under 13 and a resident of the U.S., you must obtain parental consent before using this tool. We reserve the right to delete any information we suspect has been provided by a child under 13 in violation of this term.
All tool designs, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to jerseys.vrfs.gg and are protected by international copyright laws. You retain the rights to the original content you create using the tool, but by uploading or creating content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in relation to the VRFS game and related promotions.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the tool or any content you create using the tool. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jerseys.vrfs.gg, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the tool, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the tool at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the tool after the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VRFS operates, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
